These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of ExitProbe — the website, web console, API and the ExitProbe mobile apps for iOS and Android (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by TecClub Technology SMC Private Limited ("TecClub", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that company.
1. The Service
ExitProbe monitors VPN and proxy servers. Our edge probes connect to your servers using the protocols and credentials you provide, verify that traffic leaves through the expected exit IP address, measure latency and availability, and alert you when something goes wrong. Optional features include VPS health monitoring through an agent you install, private probes, integrations, reports and an API.
We may change, add or remove features over time. If we remove a feature that is a material part of a paid plan you are subscribed to, we will let you know in advance.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, API tokens and two-factor codes secure, and for all activity under your account.
- Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You may only monitor servers that you own or are authorised to test. You agree not to:
- use the Service, our probes or our agent to attack, overload, scan or gain unauthorised access to any system, network or account;
- add servers, configurations or credentials you do not have the right to use;
- use the Service for anything illegal, or to distribute malware or harmful content;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to bypass the security, rate limits or plan limits of the Service;
- resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties, except as allowed by your plan;
- reverse engineer the Service or our probe and agent software, except where the law allows it.
We may suspend or remove monitors, probes or accounts that break these rules or put the Service or others at risk.
4. Your data and credentials
You keep ownership of the data you add to the Service, including server details, configurations and credentials ("Your Data"). You give us permission to store, process and use Your Data only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service — for example, to connect to your servers from our probes and send your alerts. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
You are responsible for Your Data, and you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to let us use it this way.
5. Plans, payments and renewals
- Free plan. The Free plan has the limits shown on our pricing page, which may change over time.
- Paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period at the prices shown when you buy. Prices exclude any taxes, which you are responsible for.
- Renewals. Unless you cancel, paid plans renew for the same period. You can cancel at any time from Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Upgrades and changes. When you change plans, any unused value of your current plan may be credited to your account as described at checkout.
- Refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your request. Except where required by law, payments for periods already started are not refundable.
- App store purchases. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by that store under its own terms.
- Non-payment. If a payment fails or a plan expires, we may move your account to the Free plan and pause monitors above its limits.
6. Service availability and accuracy
We work hard to keep ExitProbe reliable, but monitoring depends on networks, third-party providers and conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee that every outage, mismatch or degradation will be detected, or that every alert will be delivered on time. The Service helps you operate your infrastructure; it does not replace your own operational practices. We may perform maintenance that briefly affects the Service, and we will try to keep it to a minimum.
7. API and integrations
Use of the API must stay within the limits of your plan and any rate limits we set. Integrations with third-party services (such as Telegram, Slack, Discord, email providers or app stores) are also subject to those services' own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including our software, probe and agent code, design, logos and content, belongs to TecClub and its licensors and is protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without obligation to you.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, fail to pay, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem. After termination, we will delete Your Data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TecClub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from or related to the Service. TecClub's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify TecClub against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Data, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
